Cancellation/Refund Policy

How do I return my product?

If you have any problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of the package delivery. We will help you with the return/exchange process.

We do not accept returns/cancellations or exchange for Downlodable product, Micro ATM, Thermal Printer, Passbook,FingerPrint Device.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. It can only be exchange for the same item, send us an email at infosamiulansary@gmail.com

Refunds (if applicable)

Pickup charge will be applicable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, it will take 5-7 working days to process the refund and credit the amount to your Bank. COD charge is non refundable.
